Help us fill the risers! The Valley Voices Community Choir begins its Winter season on Monday, September 9, at 5:30 p.m. in the choir room of Flathead High School. The Winter concert is your opportunity to sing the seasonal music you love, including sacred and secular Christmas favorites as well as music having little to do with Christmas. Songs like Silver Bells, White Christmas, Little Drummer Boy, and the Hallelujah Chorus.

This season you can get as deeply immersed the music as you want. In addition to the full choir, the smaller group Evensong focuses on a few more advanced pieces and a new barbershop group will experiment with a couple close-harmony a cappella pieces. You can join one, two, or all three groups.

To be part of the Valley Voices Community Choir, all you have to do is come to the Flathead High School choir room at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 9. (Regular full-choir rehearsals will be Mondays from 6:00-8:00 and the concerts will be December 14th and 15th.) There is a $45 fee to cover music and other expenses.
