A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

Reading the Story of Your Numbers –September 12

In this class review where your company is in relation to the Forecast you created in February and consider necessary course corrections while studying your business’s financials.

Accounting is the language of business. While it is never the highest and best use of any business owners time to manage the day to day transactions of accounting it is critical to learn how to lead one’s company financially. Reporting is the reason for accounting. In the reporting a business owner will learn what is actually happening in their company.

Attendees will learn what kind of reporting is important for them to be connecting with on an ongoing basis and what to be looking for as they review their numbers.
