Join Aerial Instructors Elizabeth and Paris for their super fun aerial hoop classes at 8:00 pm! Aerial Hoop is a PERFECT place for TOTAL BEGINNERS to start a journey in aerial fitness because we hang hoops at a variety of heights (low for beginners), and so anyone & everyone can execute simple but rewarding poses just sitting in the hoop on their very first day! We recommend wearing long but comfortable pants (like leggings) to cover the backs of the knees. Drop-ins are absolutely welcome! Please join us and let us help you find your best self!
