Hello Kettle Care fans! In our third of this year's workshops, we are shaking it up a bit to do something different and partner with someone we think is really special! "Harmonizing with your Inner Goddess" will give us a chance to reconnect with the spirit of Nature by making visual representations of our own Inner Goddess using the plants and botanicals that grow all around us. Working with Amy Korytko, certified coach, we will spend an evening prioritizing self care and bringing awareness to the healing magic of nature. This will be a very involved workshop of self healing and we ask that participants be willing to be very hands on and open to sharing.

Tickets are $80. This pays for materials, Amy's time and costs to host the event at Kettle Care

Hi, I'm Amy Korytko, owner & facilitator of Resilient Roots, LLC. My journey weaves art, nature, science, somatic release, mindful living and peaceful parenting into my empowered offerings. I’m a Certified Parent Coach, a Youth Mental Health First Aider, and part of a Movement to Raise Emotionally Intelligent Children.

"My fundamental and guiding philosophy is based on this truth: Our children’s behavior is a direct reflection of their needs (met or unmet) and our triggers (expressed consciously or expressed unconsciously). When we change, our children’s behavior changes. Without exception. So I provide a deeply transformational experience for adults first.

I host a mindful nature-based art youth summer camp, pop-up art/mindful gatherings, and provide an array of session options from; (virtual, in-person at my office, or at local gardens, forest preserves, movement sessions, and art based).
