Presenter: Kimette Giard is a Compliance Auditor/Trainer with the Montana Department of Justice, Crime Information Bureau, Criminal Records and Identification Services Section. She helps entities that request fingerprint records through CRISS to understand and follow the FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems(CJIS) policy and procedure standards. She develops on-line learning curriculum for the certification of criminal history record users.

Before coming to CRISS, Kimette worked for 13 years for the Montana Department of Justice, Motor Vehicle Division. She attended Helena College, University of Montana to pursue a Legal Administrative Support Associate Degree. Kimette has extensive training in fingerprinting, compliance auditing procedures, criminal records interpretation and is also CJIN (Criminal Justice Information Network) Certified.
