Come out and volunteer at Lone Pine State Park for Nationals Public Lands Day! During National Public Lands Day, we celebrate our public lands by bringing out volunteers to help restore and improve the places near and dear to our hearts here in Montana. Join us for this volunteer event as we eradicate noxious weeds in the park, maintain our trails to keep them safe and sturdy for our hikers, and create a sense of community around the parks that we know and love. After all our hard work we will be providing some much-needed grub at our picnic shelter with bbq and snacks!
Wear close toed shoes and long pants for this event. Dress for the weather and be prepared to do some hard work! Bring plenty of water and a snack if you need one.
