Employers need to purposefully focus on hiring, onboarding, and job descriptions as they build their teams including their employees working remotely.

Presenter: Ronda Wakefield, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has two career passions – human resources and the restaurant industry. With 18 years’ experience in HR in all industries, Ronda spends most of her time working with organizations across Montana and several other states as a human resources consultant. Consulting gives her the opportunity to collaborate with structured onsite HR departments, or serve as the actual HR department for smaller organizations. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Montana State Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the NW Montana Representative for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Ronda has the honor of traveling to every corner of Montana, assisting employers with the design and implementation of successful Veteran hiring programs.
When she isn’t assisting employers with writing policy & procedure or training, she serves as the President of the Thompson Falls Chamber of Commerce.
