Join Michell DeLeon Tyler on October 3 for a scenic 3-mile hike at Bad Rock Canyon. This canyon serves as a gateway to Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Marsh birds, songbirds, hawks and eagles inhabit this area.
Temperatures will be cool, so dress in layers. Although this is easy and mostly on level ground, good hiking shoes or boots are recommended.
Bring along a snack, drinking water, and your binoculars. Meet at at the entrance located by the power lines on Hwy 2 in Columbia Heights.
A Montana Conservation License is required for this hike. License cost is $8 ($4 for seniors 62 ). More information on the Conservation License here: Conservation License | Montana FWP
