Our PoleFit classes are designed to inspire and empower women to be stronger and more courageous through this incredibly fun dance modality! Participants learn pole spins, lifts and holds in this sexy and fun full body workout! Each student will have a pole to themselves (no equipment sharing), and we are limiting capacity so you must reserve your spot online: www.levitationnation.org/book
