The North West Montana Veterans Stand Down & Food Pantry will hold its 19th Annual Libby Stand Down on Saturday, October 6, 2018, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. & Sunday, October 7, 2018, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or while supplies last) at the Asa Woods Grade School, 700 Idaho Street, Libby Montana. This event provides veterans an opportunity to obtain free services and to engage with a wide-range of veteran and community resources.

Available for free will be:
•Haircuts•Food Boxes•A Hot Meal
•Surplus Military Clothing•Access to Staffed Medical Bus •Flu Shots

Organizations that provide the following services/resources will be available:
•Benefits•Transportation•Energy
•ID Cards•Housing •Services/Referrals
•Banking•Counseling•Legal
•Aging•Suicide Prevention•Insurance

Also on-site will be U.S. Senator representatives, a Service Officer for the VA Clinic, a Physical Health Provider, Employment Counseling, Veterans Service Organizations, and the Flathead Spay and Neuter Clinic.

Veterans are asked to bring their DD214 Discharge VA card or Military ID. A civilian clothing give away – open to the public- will be located in the parking lot only.
