Have you ever looked at a tree or rock and thought, “what’s that?” Join a ranger on a guided hike at Lone Pine State Park that will leave you with a new interest in the fascinating world of lichen! We will talk about how to identify certain types of lichens, how they were used in the past, and other fun facts about Lichen. Feel free to bring your favorite field guide (if you have one), a bottle of water, good walking shoes, and as always please dress for the weather!
