Authors of the Flathead is hosting an Open Reading for all writers, from beginners to published.

Bring up to 6 pages of your current WIP, work in progress, double-spaced and 1-inch margins. Bring 8-10 copies to share. You'll read up to 6 pages for critique if there is a light crowd, 2-3 pages if a larger group.

If you're shy about reading aloud your own prose, someone else would be glad to read for you.
