Hiring, Onboarding and Evaluations - Ronda Wakefield, NW MT HR Solutions

Ronda Wakefield starts off the series of the 12 Danger zones for Employers, facilitating information you need to train your organization in the 12 critical areas of employment law and protect your organization from devastating lawsuits. Receive relevant information, have an opportunity to ask questions, and network with business peers.
Hiring, Onboarding and Evaluations all present potential legal issues for employers if not handled correctly. Does your organization know the importance of each of these topics and the danger zones associated with them? This one hour session will focus on avoiding legal pitfalls in these areas as well as tips for success.

Ronda Wakefield, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has spent the past 13 years in Human Resource Manager roles, prior to that her HR experience and areas of focus included recruitment and training and evaluation. Currently the owner of NW MT HR Solutions, LLC, Ronda partners with employers to provide flexible and customized human resource solutions and services that work for both the employee and the employer. She works with small organizations in a variety of industries that don't have a dedicated HR department, as well as larger organizations that are seeking a collaborative HR business partner for various HR projects.
