Our PoleFit classes are designed to inspire and empower women to be stronger and more courageous through this incredibly fun dance modality! Each class begins with an easy-to-follow barre inspired warmup that will tone the lower body, then moves into pole spins, lifts and holds (major strength builders for the upper body and core), making this a great full-body workout!
