While we provide a beginner-friendly curriculum for both silks and hammock, hammock is widely recognized as the most accessible way to begin your aerial fabric journey.

What to bring / wear: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (leggings recommended), water, and a willingness to try something new! No jewelry or zippers that will snag the silks, please. Bonus tip: If you learn by notetaking, feel free to bring a notebook to jot down brilliance!
