Montana West Economic Development 2018 Training Series

A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

Year End Planning – November 28

This is the time of year for checking in. What worked, what didn’t and what is next! It’s the time to reconnect to the vision for not only their business but also their personal life. The money is always for something and when there is clarity on this then a plan can truly be created for making it a reality. Personal wealth development is often a piece that is overlooked by most entrepreneurs.

Attendees will learn how to transfer the financial leadership of their company into the financial leadership of their life as a whole. This allows for stronger planning for the remainder of the year as well as beginning the forecasting cycle again for the New Year.
