Lone Pine State Park
The Flathead Valley Junior Astronomy Club is excited to bring their passion for space to the valley. This is intelligent and entertaining group, ready to guide you through the vast night sky with programs, demonstrations and star gazing.
Lone Pine State Park is proud to host the Flathead Valley Junior Astronomers' monthly meeting. This is a group for anyone interested in astronomy. It is targeted specifically at kids age 7 and up, but anyone interested in learning more about astronomy is welcome. The group meets the first Saturday of every month at Lone Pine State Park for a presentation, science experiment, and stargazing, regardless of cloudy skies.
You do not need to have a telescope to join the club. For more information call Jennifer at 406-885-2240 or check out their website at http://www.downtomeet.com/Flathead-Valley-Junior-Astronomers
