2 Separate sessions: 11:00 - 1:00 PM 2:00 - 4:00 PM
These are 2 hour sessions each. $20/per person
Crystal Singing Bowls produce sound vibrations that can put our entire body in a deep relaxed state. Each bowl, when toned, creates a specific frequency that influences a specific body area. The goal of a sound bath is to reduce stress, pain and promote deep relaxation. Limited to 8 spaces per session Registration required
