Flathead Valley Ski Education Foundation presents the 2022 Showcase of the Chefs! Our theme this year is Black Diamond Jubilee in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Whitefish Mountain Resort. This culinary experience is your chance to make a difference for hundreds of young skiers!

The doors open at 6:30 pm and we will kick-off the evening with dinner starting at 7pm. We want to thank all of Showcase restaurants for participating. These are the top restaurants in the Flathead Valley! The evening is a chance to enjoy the fine cuisine of all five restaurants in one night. Our participating restaurants are Wasabi Sushi, Latitude 48 Bistro, Gunsight Saloon, Whitefish Lake Restaurant and the Lodge at Whitefish Lake!

We are excited this to year announce that we are using a new auction platform that will give you a chance to bid on items online and checkout via your phone. We will be releasing some of the top auction items pre-event, so you can start the fun before you come. Or if you aren't able to attend this year, you can still participate online from wherever you are!
