Description:
Two sessions. A new session geared for kids starts at 11 am. The regular session for everyone starts at 1 pm. Crystal singing Bowls produce sound vibrations that can put our entire body in
a deep relaxed state. Each bowl, when toned, creates a specific frequency that
influences a specific body area. The goal of a sound bath is to reduce stress,
pain and promote deep relaxation.
