Join Gabrielle Cahoon, Foundation Training & STOTT PILATES Instructor, for a 2 hour workshop designed to teach you warm-ups you can do before you participate in your favorite Winter sports activities. Through deep diaphragm breathing to decompress your spine combined with simple isometric exercises, you will learn an effective, powerful pain relief method you can practice anywhere. This workshop is based on the principles and movement patterns from Foundation Training. No matter your age or fitness level, you’ll finally learn how to heal your pain and discover your body’s full potential. You’ll learn a unique series of ideally designed, and tested movements that have proven helpful to thousands of people worldwide.
