If you are looking for a reality-based self-defense program that is not sports related, but real world driven, consider giving this program a try.
These are monthly, brain-based and scenario guided seminars, covering the 3-D's, planning, managing fear, practical hands-on techniques, and more.
We will focus on real life self-defense during violent encounters. It is designed to capitalize and weaponize your body's natural reactions to increase your speed, reactions, and effectiveness.
Class size limited to six students.
