Start the evening with dinner & cocktails in the Restaurant. Then, kick up your heels to live music with Justin Harris & the Pocket Aces from 9p-12:30a. Finally, celebrate with a complimentary champagne toast as we count down to midnight while an illuminated 8-foot fish descends from the top of the Firebrand!
