Attention all new and expecting mamas! Dr. Carrie Merrill, OB GYN with Alpine Women's Center will speak about nutrition for moms before and after delivery and be able to answer all of your baby and toddler questions. Cindy Walp, North Valley Birth Center manager and lactation consultant will also be on hand to provide information on best breastfeeding practices.

Light refreshments will be provided; additional educational materials will be available; each participant will be entered into a raffle to win great prizes; and children are welcome to attend!
