BEAUTY OF BIRDS COMING IN APRIL

Spring is an exciting time for birders and those interested in birds. Learn about our local birds in Flathead Audubon's annual series of workshops and field study, Beauty of Birds. Classes will be held Wednesday evenings on April 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 6 to 8 p.m.

2015 topics will include: General bird anatomy, habitat and behavior, the importance of birds and how to identify birds by sounds, markings and silhouettes.

To register, students should mail to or drop off a $10 registration fee at Flathead High School, 644-4th Avenue West, Kalispell 9901, Attn: Debbie Newman. Checks should be made to School District No. 5. Debbie will send a confirmation letter with class information.
