Somers Company Town Project will be hosting an Oktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 10th at the Somers Bay Cafe. The fun begins at 5pm and ends at 8pm. We will be serving up Beer, Brats and Fun. Entrance fee is $15 which includes food and your first beer. The menu includes grilled brats, sauerkraut, homemade potato salad and German chocolate cupcakes. During the event, we will be conducting 50/50 Raffles and we will also be selling $10 raffle tickets for 1 cords of firewood. This year we will have entertainment provided by acoustic guitarist, Larry Myer. All proceeds will go toward the completion of the pavilion over the S2 engine and the attached museum. Help preserve the history of Somers and join in the fun.
