This creative and meditative session is a form of visual meditation. The process is simple and you do not need artistic talent or experience with art, only a willingness to explore and relax into the process. You may have a situation in your life you want to explore or get some insight for, or you may simply wish to come and "play".

Bring a note book and pen, and wear clothing that you don't mind possibly getting some paint on (aprons will also be provided).
