Roads, Rocks & Ruins - The Poetry of Glacier Park Description:
"If Rocks Could Talk", presented by geologist and Glacier Park educator Teagan Tomlin.

This is the second in a four part series presented in February at the Whitefish Community Center. Come and explore through this captivating series different and unique aspects of the park we all treasure and love. This series will take you from the winding Going-to-the-Sun Road to the mountains upon which the road was built, through abandoned ruins scattered throughout the park, to the scenery which continues to inspire us to create art and poetry. Come and explore the wonders of Glacier National Park through these informational and educational presentations by four expert naturalists who have worked within the park.
The February 15 presentation is "All That Remains" presented by environmental scientist and Glacier Park educator Mel Graf.
The February 22 presentation is "The Spirit of Glacier in Poetry" presented by long-time Glacier Park educator and poet Doug Follett.
