Take your fitness practice to new heights with OUR EARLIER 5:30 pm SILKS/HAMMOCK CLASSES, now held at Levitation Nation! Beginners are absolutely welcome!! Suggested attire is leggings or long comfortable pants (to protect the skin on the legs against friction from the silks); and we will be barefoot. These classes are more like playtime than other workouts, and are GREAT for the mind (cognitive function), as well as the body! Come levitate!
