This fun class for teens and adults meets 8:00-9:15 pm every Monday and Wednesday at the Flathead Gymnastics Academy! Beginners are absolutely always welcome!! Suggested attire is leggings or long comfortable pants (to protect the skin on the legs against friction from the silks); and we will be barefoot. I hope you will join us, because acrobatics feels more like playtime than any other workouts I have ever tried, and it is good for the mind (cognitive function), as well as the body!
