This April workshop will make your workouts fun and play filled! Twice per week sessions focus on not only on skills for TOTAL BEGINNERS, but also on strength & conditioning and nutrition support! The first two weeks cover aerial hammock (which is looped at the bottom), the last two weeks cover aerial silks (which hang as two separate ribbons). Each class builds on the previous class in this fun, progressive workshop!! This class will be lead by instructor / performer Meredith Reed and is suitable for all fitness levels, and absolutely no experience is needed but pre-enrollment is required. Classes run the first four Mondays & Wednesdays in April from 5:30-6:30 pm. All 8 classes for $100!
