Ladies! This week is a powerful one! Our guest is survivor and Nurse Practitioner, Paula Halama who learned to walk safely in the world. Paula will teach some hand's self defense techniques Build confidence! Engage your strengths! Challenge perceived limitations! Have fun! Learn about power tools, vehicle maintenance, chainsaws and more! Each session includes a one hour hands on educational experience followed by supportive coaching with a horse and human coach.
