During these fun and powerful camps youth learn to communicate feelings in a healthy way and gain tools to increase self-esteem and much more. Really to discover the hero within! Brenda and the horses will facilitate healthy communication, confidence & cooperation building activities and identifying and expressing feelings. This is a great self-esteem booster for any child.
