Visit the storied places of food and wine lore with "A Tour of Europe", four special pairing events in the Boat Club. We begin our adventure with "A Taste of France".
A Taste of France celebrates the harvest of field and vineyard, with country-style French cuisine, utilizing local and regional abundance of fields, forest, lakes and streams, paired with the best examples of French wines. Refined, elegant, expressive.
FIRST COURSE | Provencal Stuffed Squid Swiss Chard, Garlic Bread Crumbs, Arugula, Roasted Tomato & Anchovy Vinaigrette, Charred Lemon paired with 2019 Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Les Baronnes
