Fall is the time to reconnect and share the abundance of the harvest! Everyone is welcome. Please bring a plant-based dish to share. (no dairy, eggs, meat) and the recipe if possible. We will have free organic vegetable seeds from Baker Creek for your next year's garden.

After our meal, we will introduce Dr. Dean & Ayesha Sherzai's approach to prevent and reverse cognitive decline at every age. These neurologists are codirectors of the Brain Health and Alzheimer's Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Their program was published in their book, The Alzheimer's Solution. We will present a video clip of an interview with them and allow time for discussion. Hope you can make it!
