1st course | Surprise spooky-tizer during a brewery tour. Paired with Bluff Charge Oatmeal Pale Ale.

2nd course | Squash and red pepper stuffed shiitake on a bed of arugula and spinach with a balsamic reduction. Paired with Le Cygne Biere de Garde.

3rd course | Brown butter sage Gnocchi with fried pancetta. Paired with Bufflehead Brown.

4th course | Pine nut and apricot stuffed duck breast on a bed of sauteed kale served with a sweet potato puree. Paired with Camp Misery Imperial Stout.

5th course | Pumpkin cheesecake with an espresso porter caramel sauce. Paired with Rising Sun Espresso Porter.
