The 1st Shift Program is for individuals who are interested in shifting into the healthcare industry and who want to learn more about the career options and associated training. The program will provide participants with information on entry level positions, career progressions, and overcoming common barriers of non-traditional students. Participants will have the opportunity to speak with college and education representatives, local employers, and individuals who have taken the non-traditional path to healthcare careers!
