Montana West Economic Development 2018 Training Series

A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

Watching the top line is where the excitement is for most business owners. However if the bottom line is not profitable then the business will not be sustainable. Profitability is affected by 10 Key Activities which we will cover in this class.

Attendees will understand the calculations for pricing, learn the elusive concept of cash flow as well as what numbers to watch in their reporting.
