In this fast paced workshop, we will draw upon the experience of four leaders - Ernest Shackleton, Theodore Roosevelt, Frederick Douglas, and Rachel Carson - whose lives provide lessons for all of us. We'll learn how they discovered the strengths and qualities that prepared them to confront - and overcome - the fears, fractures and crises of their times. We'll examine their background, skills and temperament, and the resilience that enabled them to surmount uncommon hardships. And we'll explore how you can marshal your strengths to become an authentic leader who inspires others to achieve uncommon results.
